Mindful Parenting Sangha

As the world is shifting in this time of pandemic, so, too, are the responsibilities of parenting our children.  Each of us, in our own ways, is facing unprecedented challenges while also savoring those things that we used to take for granted.

The Mindful Parenting Sangha meets online every Saturday at 3pm CST and is a comfortable and safe virtual space where parents and other caretakers can share the ups and downs of parenting as we adjust to our new reality. No judgment. No advice. No pressure to speak. Just support, ideas, and an opportunity to share your experience in this rapidly changing world.

Mindfulness and meditation can be rich resources as you shift to home schooling, find your balance, and learn what you want for yourself and your family during this time of transition.  We are here to lift each other up.  Come and join us!
