Nyingma Teachings- Dharmata

The Tibetan or Vajrayana Buddhist practice of the Dharmata Foundation focuses on the teachings of Anam Thubten Rinpoche. Under his direction, we offer his teachings on Saturday mornings at 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon at EBS.  Our practice includes sitting meditation, mantra recitation and we alternate between a book study and listening to Rinpoche's teachings.
